How do I pay?
After you place an order, we show you our bank account details (AYA / KBZ). Transfer the exact total, upload your payment screenshot, and we verify it — usually within selling hours the same day.
How fast is delivery?
Most subscriptions are activated within 5-10 minutes after your payment is verified. Redeem codes appear right on your order page once delivered.
What about warranty?
Every plan includes warranty for its full duration. If anything stops working, open a warranty request from your order page and we'll fix or replace it.
When are you open?
Orders placed outside selling hours (9:30–21:30 Myanmar time) are saved as preorders and processed first thing when we open. 🌙
